After we have identified a tenants specific requirements we will search our extensive database to find suitable properties. We will then arrange a suitable time for you to view the property.
All our properties are to a high living standard and have been personally vetted by us.
We will require 2 references from all tenants, this can be an employers reference, any former landlords or a character reference. We will also vet tenants for credibility and affordability.
We will require 1 months rent and deposit to be paid in cleared funds before tenants can move into their new property.
